Carol is a specialist in communications driven by Artificial Intelligence and software product development. For 10 years she has developed products and led multiple tech projects for local, regional & national governments in LATAM and for the private sector within the US and Europe. In the meantime she recruited, mentored and supported a team of more than 50 consultants, software engineers and data scientists.
Carol graduated with a Telecommunications Engineering degree and an MSc in Information and Communications Technologies from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain. She also holds an MSc in Business Intelligence from Universidad Ramon Llull in Barcelona, Spain.
She has designed and executed successful marketing procedures using innovative strategies, including behavioral segmentation models and AI driven audiences. Carol has also synthesized company and competitor performance data to discover untapped markets for multiple products across several industries.
